TCN1, TCN11 and TDN1 type seals feature a special design of the short flex section and special material and structural designs making these oil seals best suited for high-pressure applications. These types feature a sealing FKM rubber lip on the inside diameter as well as an external dust lip. These oil seal types feature a garter spring which allows some give to prevent a build-up of friction. (Seals under 5mm width may not always feature a spring.)
