The AROFLEX ATL Friction Disc Torque Limiter is a fully resettable mechanical overload protection device. It protects drive systems including motors, gearboxes, and conveyors from damage caused by sudden shock loads, jam conditions, or torque spikes.
When the pre-set torque is exceeded, the limiter slips immediately, breaking the torque path and preventing downstream damage. Once the overload condition is cleared, the unit self-resets automatically no tools or disassembly required.
The torque setting is adjustable in the field between Nm and Nm, making this unit versatile across a wide range of light to medium-duty drive applications.
