The GS-28 Series is a high-precision, zero-backlash coupling designed for demanding industrial automation and CNC applications. This complete set features two high-grade aluminium hubs and a precision-moulded polyurethane spider, engineered to deliver high torsional stiffness with effective vibration damping.

Superior Torque Handling: Rated up to 190Nm (with Red 98 Sh-A insert), making it ideal for high dynamic loads, frequent reversing cycles, and high-performance servo-driven applications.
98 Shore A Hardness Insert: The high-durometer red polyurethane spider provides excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and elevated temperatures (-30°C to +90°C continuous / up to 120°C peak).
Zero-Backlash Design: The straight jaw profile operates under pre-stress, ensuring a play-free connection—essential for CNC positioning systems and precision drives.
Lightweight Aluminium Hubs: Precision-machined aluminium hubs reduce rotational inertia, enabling high-speed operation and improved dynamic response for fast-cycling machinery.
Fail-Safe Operation: Designed to continue transmitting torque even if the spider suffers wear, providing a critical mechanical safety buffer for expensive drive components.
