The ATL 25-1 Torque Limiter C/W Platewheel 12B1-21 acts as a robust mechanical overload protection device, engineered to shield machinery by instantly slipping when a torque peak or equipment jam happens. Outfitted with an integrated 3/4″ pitch, 21-tooth simplex platewheel sprocket, it relies on high-durability spring-loaded friction discs. These are preset by adjusting the integrated locknut, altering the face spring force to cleanly suit your machine’s specified minimum and maximum torque performance thresholds.
