NTN 6824ZZ/2AS Metal Shielded Type Deep Groove Ball Bearing 120x150x16mm

NTN Metal Shielded Deep Groove Ball Bearings: One of the most widely used bearing types, these bearings are manufactured with metal shields inserted into the outer raceway. The shields fit closely to the inner race, offering protection against light mechanical damage and providing limited resistance to the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants. They also help retain the pre-filled grease, ensuring long-lasting, maintenance-free operation.

The shields can be removed for applications that only require one shield or where external lubrication is available. NTN bearings are known for their precision engineering, durability, and consistent performance, making them ideal for high-speed and general-purpose industrial applications.

Benefits: Provides light mechanical protection, limits moisture and dirt ingress, lubricated for life, smooth operation, and long service life.
Note: These bearings are supplied pre-filled with Shell Alvania Grease S2 (designated as “/2AS”).
