12-3M-09 HTD Pilot Bore Timing Pulley
The ultra-compact 12-3M-09 HTD Timing Pulley supplies small-scale automation frameworks and precision instrument networks with absolute positioning accuracy. Engineered with a clean 3mm curvilinear pitch profile to track narrow 9mm wide timing belts, its dual-flanged architecture completely prevents belt walk or slip thresholds during fast mechanical cycles. Provided in a stock pilot bore configuration, it gives machine builders a lightweight metal blank to ream or step-bore to custom motor shaft tolerances.

- Tooth Configuration: 12 precision-machined HTD synchronous teeth.
- Pitch & Belt Width: 3mm low-profile pitch optimized for narrow 9mm synchronous drive belts.
- Bore Status: Plain unmachined center hub with a minimal guide hole to facilitate true lathe customization.
- Premium Material Properties: Extruded out of lightweight Aluminum UNI 9006 – T6 (Al) for low rotational inertia and excellent anti-corrosion life.
