The 40-5M-25 HTD Timing Pulley features a solid intermediate size built to sustain high power values with minimum weight mass. Driving 25mm wide timing belts along an accurate 5mm curvilinear path, its 40 flanged teeth keep the positive drive aligned during continuous machine operational tasks. It features an unmachined pilot bore center to adapt onto customized shaft setups.

Pitch & Belt Width: 5mm large industrial pitch profile designed for standard 25mm wide timing belts.
Bore Status: Unmachined Pilot Bore center hub layout, letting you drill to unique constraints.
Industrial Materials: Fabricated using premium Steel (St) or structural Aluminum UNI 9006 – T6 (Al).
Boring & Keying Readiness: Provided in standard raw stock configuration. Tailor the internal bore sizes directly to your shafts via our In-House Machining Services.
