The ATL 22-2 Torque Limiter C/W Platewheel 08B1-20 is a robust overload protection component engineered to safeguard mechanical drive lines from destructive torque peaks and sudden structural equipment jams. Outfitted with an integrated 1/2″ pitch, 20-tooth simplex platewheel sprocket, this unit incorporates premium spring-loaded friction discs. The assembly is easily preset by adjusting the heavy-duty locknut, which directly alters the face spring force to cleanly suit your system’s specified minimum and maximum torque performance thresholds.
