The GS-48 Series is a high-precision, zero-backlash coupling designed for demanding industrial automation and high-torque CNC applications. This complete set features two high-grade aluminium hubs and a precision-moulded polyurethane spider, engineered to deliver exceptional torsional stiffness with effective vibration damping for high-power systems.

Superior Torque Handling: Rated for 525Nm (with Red 98 Sh-A insert) and capable of handling peak system loads up to 1,050Nm, making it ideal for high-capacity main spindles and heavy-duty robotics.
98 Shore A Hardness Insert: The high-durometer red polyurethane spider provides excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and elevated temperatures (-30°C to +90°C continuous / up to 120°C peak).
Zero-Backlash Design: The straight jaw profile operates under pre-stress, ensuring a play-free connection—essential for maintaining precision in high-torque positioning systems.
High-Grade Aluminium Hubs: Precision-machined aluminium hubs significantly reduce rotational inertia compared to steel, enabling high-speed operation and improved dynamic response in high-mass cycling machinery.
Fail-Safe Operation: Designed to continue transmitting torque even if the spider suffers wear, providing a critical mechanical safety buffer for high-value drive components.
