Imperial Open Deep Groove Ball Bearings: One of the most widely used bearing types, these open-style bearings are manufactured without seals, allowing free circulation of oil or grease. They are commonly used in gearboxes and other clean environments where an external lubricant supply is available and no foreign matter is present. These bearings are produced with additional internal clearance to accommodate thermal expansion and high-speed rotation.

Manufactured to inch dimensions, these bearings are ideal for use in older British equipment as well as many modern American-made machines. Their simple, durable design and cost-effective construction make them suitable for a wide range of general engineering and industrial applications.

Benefits: Allows free lubricant flow, supports high-speed operation, accommodates thermal expansion, and provides a cost-effective solution for inch-based machinery.
