Description
SKF RSL Range Deep Groove Ball Bearings: The SKF RSL series bearings are designed with low-friction acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) steel-reinforced seals that form an extremely narrow gap between the seal and the inner race surface. These seals are practically non-contacting, offering the advantage of lower starting torque and reduced rolling resistance during operation, while still providing effective protection against contaminants.
These bearings are ideally suited for applications where ease of initial rotation and energy efficiency are important. They can directly replace standard rubber sealed bearings and offer smoother, more efficient performance with reduced power loss. The RSL bearings are capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C, and up to +120°C for short durations.
Benefits: Low starting torque, reduced rolling friction, energy-efficient operation, effective sealing, and reliable performance under varying temperatures.
