GS-38 Series Complete Coupling

The GS-38 Series is a high-precision, zero-backlash coupling designed for demanding industrial automation and high-torque CNC applications. This complete set features two high-grade aluminium hubs and a precision-moulded polyurethane spider, engineered to deliver high torsional stiffness with effective vibration damping.

Superior Torque Handling: Rated for 325Nm (with Red 98 Sh-A insert) and capable of handling system peaks up to 650Nm, making it ideal for heavy-duty servo-driven positioning and main spindle drives.
98 Shore A Hardness Insert: The high-durometer red polyurethane spider provides excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and elevated temperatures (-30°C to +90°C continuous / up to 120°C peak).
Zero-Backlash Design: The straight jaw profile operates under pre-stress, ensuring a play-free connection—essential for large-scale CNC positioning and precision measuring systems.
Lightweight Aluminium Hubs: Precision-machined aluminium hubs reduce rotational inertia, allowing for faster acceleration/deceleration cycles compared to steel alternatives.
Fail-Safe Operation: Designed to continue transmitting torque even if the spider suffers wear, providing a critical mechanical safety buffer for high-value drive components.
