LM.520 Stainless Steel Membrane Kit
High-Performance Disc Pack Coupling Membrane Kit
The LM.520 Stainless Steel Membrane Kit is a heavy-duty disc pack designed for the most demanding industrial power transmission applications. The flexible discs (membranes) are manufactured from special stainless steel, half-hard cold-rolled, with a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 1034 N/mm² (AISI 304 grade). Bushes, sleeves and caps are made from EN-8 steel, with cap screws in High Tensile Grade 12.9 steel for secure, reliable assembly.
