RRS110 140mm DBSE Complete Spacer Coupling
- Replacement/Inspection of elastomeric member (i.e. Snapwrap) done without disturbing existing alignment.
- Less down time & easy for replacement of Snapwrap.
- Couplings can be supplied with Taper Bushes.
- The RRS Complete Spacer Coupling provides 140 mm DBSE (Distance Between Shaft Ends) for easy maintenance access.
- Ideal for back pull-out pump installations — allows impeller and seal removal without moving the motor.

Assembly Procedure for RRS Couplings
After ensuring that the equipment is aligned properly, take the spacer jaw body assembly with the inside & outside rings without elastomeric elements. Insert the spacer assembly into the adapters and tighten bolts to the recommended torque. Wrap the snap wrap(s) of the required size in the space between jaws, then slide the outer ring over the snap wrap(s) and fix it to the hub with screws/bolts and washers.
