A local Bakery were in a fix for a replacement sieve, the stainless steel mesh had split and the sieve was leaking.
The Sieve was a Bespoke Special 25” diameter, 1mm aperture .35mm wire gauge 304 stainless steel mesh.
The sieve was collected on Saturday afternoon, repaired and returned on Sunday afternoon.
